Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut yogourt
  • 1/3 cup water or coconut water

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together is blender until smooth. Add more liquid if too thick.
