Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 tsp Sea salt or hymalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground sage
  • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients (oil and spices) and marinate pork chops for an hour.
  • Grill on BBQ or bake in oven at 350F degrees or fry in pan until the internal temperature reaches 145F degrees. Let meat sit for 5 minutes before serving. It helps meat retain its juices.
