Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups cucumbers, skinned and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Skin and chop the cucumbers. Chop the strawberries and mint. Add everything to a bowl and toss before serving.
