Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper may be replaced by papaya pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, ginger, celery salt, sage, and pepper until well blended.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and coat with coconut oil.
- Form the turkey mix into patties, and cook until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center.
- This should take about 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your patties.
