Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper may be replaced by papaya pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, ginger, celery salt, sage, and pepper until well blended.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and coat with coconut oil.
  • Form the turkey mix into patties, and cook until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center.
  • This should take about 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your patties.
