Retirer ensuite les tiges épaisses, jeter. Ajouter ensuite l'ail et faire sauter pour 1 minute.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8993-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Ajouter les épinards dans la poêle.  Assurer de retourner les épinards à quelques reprises afin de bien les enduire d'huile et d'ail.  Couvrir la poêle et cuire pour 1 minute.  Retirer le couvercle, brasser et couvrir à nouveau.  Cuire pour 1 minute.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-8993-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Après 2 minutes de cuisson, les épinards devraient être fanés.  Retirer du feu.  Etancher autant que possible le surplus de liquide.   Ajouter 1 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive et asaisonner de sel au goût.  Servir immédiatement.</div></li></ul></div></div>
