may be replaced by papaya pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, ginger, celery salt, sage, and pepper until well blended.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and coat with coconut oil.
Form the turkey mix into patties, and cook until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center.
This should take about 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your patties.
