Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 tsp Sea salt or hymalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (oil and spices) and marinate pork chops for an hour.
- Grill on BBQ or bake in oven at 350F degrees or fry in pan until the internal temperature reaches 145F degrees. Let meat sit for 5 minutes before serving. It helps meat retain its juices.
